Absolutely! There is no charge to register and access all our educational content.

Our consultation fee is 105 $ (Canadian dollars).

You can submit all information related to your case including radiographs, blood work, ultrasound images, photos, videos, and even cytology photos. We will use all the provided information to provide you with the most thorough differential diagnosis as well as recommended additional diagnostics and therapeutic options.

We do our very best to provide you with a detailed report within 24-48h during week days, depending on the case complexity and urgency. You can choose our STAT option for cases that requires urgent attention. STAT cases will be read as soon as possible, within max 6h if submitted before 6pm EST during the week. For urgent cases during weekends and holidays, just check with us if we are available right away to help you.

Our consultants are all diplomate of the American College of Zoological Medicine. They have decades of clinical experience in treating non-domestic species and exotic pets.

Not at all! You can access our educational area without submitting any case. You are free to submit as many cases as you wish.

Once your clinic account is set up, you will be given specific instructions to be able to transfer your DICOM images directly from your radiology work station. Our system also allows for manual upload of DICOM or jpg files.

Anything! You can attach all types of files to your consultation, including photos. Larger files may be transferred via an email link if needed (ex. videos).

No, we offered specialized veterinary advice to veterinarians directly. If you are an exotic pet owner in need of help, contact your local veterinarian to schedule a consultation.
